Our flat rate shipping option is $5 and ships via USPS with tracking.
We also offer rush shipping if you are on a tight schedule, please message us and we can get everything figured out for you!

Everything is handmade to order so we appreciate your patience, especially during the wedding season! You order will arrive in about 2 weeks with flat rate shipping. Please contact us if you need it sooner, or choose a faster shipping option while checking out.

We process all of our payments through square or paypal. We will never sell nor use your personal information for anything you have not requested.

Almost all of our items are handmade to order so returns are limited. We do offer refunds for defective products, and will always do our best to work with you.

We put your order on our production schedule, and it gets hand made by one of our papersmiths! After it is finished it is carefully inspected then packaged. It is shipped via USPS and should arrive 3-5 days after you receive your tracking number.
