- Your ‘Classic Gold Table Numbers’ (from 1 – 33) – in TRAJAN font
- Escort cards – We actually want escort envelopes with the guests’ names printed on the front in GOLD – Champagne font – and then just table numbers printed on the cards that we’ll insert into the envelopes. The reason for this is that we won’t know the exact count until the last minute and using envelopes will allow us to make any last minute changes. So we’d like between 6 and 12 cards for each table. In am providing the number of cards for each table in the chart below. In other words, 12 cards that will say Table 1; 6 cards that will say Table 2; 6 cards that will say Table 3; 8 cards that will say Table 4 etc. We have 3 large tables, and for those we will need 12 cards for each table – those are tables 1; 16 and 32. If this is not clear, please call me. I will send you an excel file with the names when we have an update on the RSVPs. That excel file will have the Titles, First and Last names of the individual and list a second person, if applicable.
- Menus – 350 – with the names in ‘Alex Brush’ – and the wording of the menu in ‘Trajan’. There are 2 menus – one short rib and the other fish (only a few are fish) and I will send you an excel file with the list when we have the update on the RSVPs. That excel file will have the FirstName and LastName of each person and will indicate which ones are the ‘fish’ menus. All the others will be short rib. The wording for the 2 menus is in the attached word document.
- Wedding Program – 200 – The wedding program has 4 pages (including the front). Our thought is to use say an 8 ½” X 11” folded over so that the program is 5 ½” X 8 ½” and printed front and back on stock that is somewhat heavy, but not overly so. I’d like your suggestions on this as well. Including fonts and print color. I like gold and blue – but the gold is sometimes not very legible.
- Gift cards – 200 of them with the following note (word document also attached): Use whatever fonts you deem appropriate. I have attached a picture of the gift box (silver/gray) and we’re simply going to tape the gift card to the box – so I’d like your recommendation on what card stock and font (including color) to use.
- Finally, the 8×10 Double Thick “It’s too late to run, Uncle Jason, Here comes Tia Kiki” – we’ll probably open two holes on the top and hang it with a ribbon from his neck. Again, whatever font you think would look good and be legible. They are wearing ecru (off-white) colored Eton, linen short suits. Probably a black or a dark colored font like navy on cream colored stock would look best – but I’m asking for your help with this.
