The item deserves 5 stars as the sample I received was beautiful.
When I received the order the tent cards did not have the watercolor floral. The seller replied it was because the screenshot I had sent with image of the 2 different lines of font requested was blank. At no time did I request blank cards, my picture was a courtesy to show the desired fonts.
Seller said they would send the correct watercolor cards the next day. I followed up after more than a week to see if they had been shipped and if there was a tracking number. After two days I still have yet to get a response.
I opened a case with Etsy and they refunded the purchase price. This was not my preference as requested the correct cards be expedited if not yet sent. I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt that we all make mistakes.
A little smaller than I thought, but the font is gorgeous and goes with our modern evening wedding. I will just get taller stands to offset the size!
